 Next Steps:

  1. • The nomination package shall include:
  1. A copy of the cadet’s fortress card;
  2. A nomination letter from the Corps Commanding Officer, Support Committee chairperson, the Corps’ most senior cadet, or a combined letter from all three.

Nominations should address the cadet’s strengths in the following areas:

Submit: Send your nomination packages for both the Rodger and the Howard Bar to the ACLC (BC Branch) at https://form.jotform.com/251826023066250 on or before August 15, 2026.

We have received a question regarding the minimum rank level. If the cadet has not been promoted to the rank level required for the award, please submit the nomination and annotate why in your nomination letter. The nominees for the Rodger and Howard should be the outstanding silver and gold stars from the 2026-2026 training year, with one cadet nominated for the Rodger and Howard per Cadet Corps.

We encourage you not to delay in submitting your nomination. Once your nomination package is ready, please complete the online form. We appreciate your prompt action and look forward to receiving your nomination soon!
