Roy Rigby Outstanding Army Cadet Corps in Pacific Region 2023

This award was created in the memory of Major Roy John Rigby-Jones. Roy was a WWII veteran and active within the CIC. Upon retirement from the CIC, Roy volunteered with the ACLC BC Branch and served as the Executive Director for 38 years. Roy was passionate about the Cadet Program and created policy and direction for the Support Committee that are still used today.

After carefully reviewing the nominations received by RCSU(P), the ACLC BC Branch Honors and Award Committee is pleased to announce the 2812 RCACC from Surrey, BC is the recipient of the 2023 Roy Rigby Award-the Outstanding Army Cadet Corps in the Pacific Region.

The ALCC Branch would like to congratulate the 2812 RCACC for their dedication to the Army Cadet Program.
