Annual General Meeting 2023

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of THE ARMY CADET LEAGUE OF CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA Branch (the “Society”) will be held on 17 May 2023, at the hour of 7 pm PST via Zoom for the following purposes:

  1. To receive and approve the report of the Directors of the Society and the financial statements of the Society for the period ended on the 31st day, December 2022.
  2. To determine the number of directors.
  3. To elect directors for the ensuing year.
  4. To appoint Accountants for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration.
  5. To fix and determine the annual membership dues.
  6. To ratify, confirm and approve all acts, deeds, and things done by the proceedings of the directors and officers of the Society on its behalf since the last Annual General Meeting of the Society.
  7. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
